Discovery Call

1. We start by understanding your business

We hop on a call to understand how your business works — processes, teams, communication, pain points. Then we listen to what you need built. Within 48 hours, you receive a work plan with project stages, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

Audit

2. Analyzing what already exists

If you have an existing platform or system, we audit it. We document current functionality, business rules, user-reported problems, and technical integrations. We test it ourselves to find issues beyond what's been reported.

Present Audit

3. Aligning on what stays and what changes

We present the audit results in a dedicated session. Together, we define what functionality stays, what gets removed, and what needs to be rebuilt or improved. We leave this meeting with 100% clarity on needs, problems, and requirements.

Pre-planning

4. Mapping the full product

We create the complete platform flow diagram and break the project into versions. Each module gets a detailed estimate for design, development, testing, and deployment. We write user stories with acceptance criteria and define the technical effort for the first version.

Design

5. UX, UI, and design system

We design the current version - user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups for all screen sizes, and a base design system (colors, typography, grid, components). Everything is documented. We present the design to you and make adjustments until you approve. Then we present it to the development team.

Technical Design Document

6. Architecting the build

Before a single line of code is written, we define the full technical architecture — technologies, system design, data model, API definitions, and deployment strategy. We re-evaluate time estimates against the approved design to make sure everything is aligned.

Development

7. Building module by module

We develop each module following the approved user stories and technical design document. You get biweekly sprint meetings and weekly progress reports. Bug fixes that come out of QA are addressed within the same development cycle.

QA

8. Testing everything

We test every module for full functionality against user stories and visual fidelity against mockups. Nothing moves forward until it passes.

Demo

9. Showing you the real thing

We demo the completed version to you — every scenario, every user role, every edge case. We walk through best practices and things to keep in mind for day-to-day use.

Launch

10. Going live

We handle pre-production setup (server access, external service accounts, domain configuration), deploy to production, migrate data, and provide full documentation. If your team needs training, we deliver it before going live. Hosting, servers, and domain run on your own accounts — the infrastructure stays yours and fully under your control.

Maintenance & Next Version

11. Ongoing support, continuous improvement

Launch isn't the end of the engagement — the same team keeps working. Bug fixes, access management, data updates, and minor changes are covered inside your monthly fee, with no separate bills. When you're ready for the next version, we repeat the cycle from the mapping phase. If priorities shift to a different project, the team moves with them — no re-quoting.
